How do I follow up on or send a purchase order?

Unfortunately, purchase orders can’t be submitted or followed up on through our chatbot or website. If you have questions about a purchase order or would like to send one (e.g., for a business or bulk purchase), please email us directly at support@icloth.io .

Which shipping companies do you use?

We primarily ship orders through Amazon Logistics and UPS. Occasionally, we may also use USPS.
